On the 24th, before we left for the wedding, Mom and I went to see the site of a school that is for sale in Faridabad. As we were returning, I saw some of the kids who come for prayer meetings on their bikes near our home. I waived at them, wondering where they were going. When we arrived home, to my surprise, I found out that they were coming to our place. Sikander had hurt his knee, so they were coming for prayer. As I was getting out of the car, Sikander ran into the house, had my mom pray, was healed, and ran back out.
During the wedding, a lady in the forth stages of cancer called for prayer. She was in extreme pain. As we prayed, the pain completely left her body. Praise God!
Then, my cousin’s sons was experiencing knee pain. I just laid my hand on his knee and prayed. Immediately the pain left!
On the 25th again we saw the Lord work miracles at the wedding. My cousin’s daughter, Meghna, had dislocated her shoulder the night before while dancing. She was in extreme pain all day (crying at times because of the pain). She said it was very difficult for her to even get dressed. As we prayed for her, her eyes widened in amazement…the Lord completely healed her. She was able to enjoy the wedding, pain free.
Mom prayed for my cousin’s wife, Indu Bhabhi. Because of exhaustion and over-use of her voice, she had lost her voice. Mom prayed. Within five minutes, Indu Bhabhi’s voice was back to normal!
There were some other things that happened during the wedding, but I am not going to get into them here. I think today’s entry will be short and sweet. I am exhausted after two days of partying!
Scripture for the Day:
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19.
